This is some of the best service I’ve ever received! The staff was extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. They guided me through the entire process step by step and made the rental process a breeze. What I really appreciated was how well they communicated with me throughout the repair. They kept me updated on what was going on through both phone calls and text messages, so I always knew the status of my car. Even better, they finished the repair earlier than originally scheduled, which was amazing! I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family if they ever need anything repaired. They even washed and cleaned my car before returning it to me, which was such a nice surprise. Amazing customer service, great communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish. I’m very happy with the service!

This auto body shop is 10 stars. My car looked better after I got it than when I brought it in The level of service is impeccable and they even notify you when your car will be completed in advance. My car was repaired 2 days earlier than estimated. I know where to go to now for any future car repair. Thank you guys!!!

Got estimates at a few places, and Nick and Ernie’s got me the best deal. They did a great job with the body work, and as a pleasant surprise they cleaned the interior of my car so well it was looking like a brand new car. Communication was mostly done via text updates and occasional calls. Had a great experience and would recommend!

If I could, I would give Nick & Ernie’s a 100/100. My rear bumper was cracked cause of a collision and paint was chipped. They did a super job with my Honda Accord and made it look better than the day I drove it off the lot. They were super easy to work with, very kind, and were able to get my car back to me within a week. Very lucky to have a great auto/body shop.
